IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
The DVD's are from the Archives, taken under different formats. They are subject to significant variations in Quality. The Quality of the Three Card Monty is ridiculous, but the content is there to enjoy. At one point, Lee's voice is out of sync; in correcting a streak appears accross the picture, but does not interfere with the enjoyment of the content. All film was shot before live audiences, and not under studio conditions.
In mass reproduction, there can be a faulty DVD. (A faulty DVD is different from a poor quality.) If you have a faulty DVD, return it and you will receive a replacement free of charge.
"History Is Important" - Reproductions of photos by newspaper staff photographers are fuzzy, especially those from the 1950's. The reproductions for History are not "works of art". However, it is a great and factual reporting of the past. (Most were over 25 years after the fact, and over 80 perceent have been lost) So we are fortunate to have the reproductions that are in "History" In the case of the Los Angeles Times photo, as there were problems in past reproductions, we asked for the original photo. They were kind enough to mail us one with the stipulation they would be given credit for the photo, which we have done.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ.
If you wish for complete perfection in the DVD's and "History" you may not wish to purchase these products. (They cannot be purchased separately)
